Aqua One Aquasys 155 Aquarium

Break away from restrictive, pre-packaged aquarium kits and take complete control over your hardware setup. The Aqua One AquaSys 155 is a premium, open-top rimless glass aquarium built to give you 100% customisable freedom. Arriving as a pristine blank canvas without pre-installed internal filters, fixed lights, or heaters, it allows you to hand-select your own external canisters, inline heaters, and high-performance LED arrays.
The primary display tank features highly refined, low-iron glass technology. This ensures maximum optical clarity and absolute colour fidelity across a versatile 2-foot footprint. Designed with an impressive 55cm front-to-back depth, the AquaSys 155 offers an exceptionally deep horizontal floor area relative to its width. This expanded geometry makes it incredibly easy to terrace your substrate, stretch out heavy pieces of driftwood, and place distinct rock layers to create true three-dimensional depth.
The structural engineering is entirely minimalist—featuring heavy-duty, precision-polished 10mm glass panels bound by clear, high-strength silicone lines rather than ugly plastic braces. Every unit arrives out-of-the-box with removable glass lids to accommodate easy feeding and minimise evaporation, a heavy-duty under-tank foam leveling mat to distribute weight safely across your stand, and can be seamlessly paired with its own matching designer cabinet (sold separately).

✨ Key Features & Highlights

  • True-Colour Low-Iron Glass: Premium 10mm thick opti-clear glass panels deliver pristine transparency, removing the green glass tint for an unobstructed viewing experience.
  • Deep Aquascaping Canvas: A generous 55cm depth offers exceptional room to plant complex Dutch streets or layout massive Nature-style hardscapes.
  • 100% Customisable Freedom: Sold without fixed filters or lighting, giving you the power to choose the perfect external gear tailored to your biological load.
  • Removable Glass Lids: Offers the flexibility of a tidy, evaporation-controlled tank or a fully exposed, open-top aesthetic for emergent wood and plants.
  • Shock-Absorbing Foam Base: Packaged with an integrated, high-density leveling mat to structurally cushion and protect the frameless bottom edges.
