Return Policy/Warranty Claims/DOA Claims

The Following Applies to all dry goods that we sell

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, what you asked or cannott be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

For manufacture warranty to be covered the product will need to be returned to the place of purchase to be assessed.

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

Shipping and DOA

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SEND LIVE STOCK TO WA, NT OR TAS.

Packages are shipped with tracking supplied. By placing an order on Arcy Aquariums you understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays once the package is with the courier. If there are delays, please contact the courier directly, advising them of the sensitive nature of your shipment (e.g., live fish).

Dead On Arrival

In the unfortunate event where there is a Dead on Arrival please inform via email at arcyaquariums@gmail.com as soon as possible with pictures of the DOA items in the sealed bag for replacement or refund.

Please note that the shipping cost of livestock is non refundable and that if replacements are to be sent then full payment of the shipping charges needs to occur.
